The National Gallery invites you on a creative journey to support wellbeing and mental health. Each session is facilitated by Gallery staff and a qualified health professional.
This new monthly initiative combines discussion, art making and a simple word exercise in response to three works of art on display.
Art making is a powerful tool for living with and alleviating the impacts of physical and mental illness.
Through creative action and conversation, participants are encouraged to express themselves and share their unique experiences and perspectives.
