They also inspire song writing and singing...Musician Jess Green (AKA Pheno) has created a song, We are the Skywhales and you can now sing your heart out with the matching karaoke!
The karaoke combines Jess's shortened version of the song with Clem Stamation's animated music video clip with images from the children’s book Every Heart Sings, Patricia Piccinini’s prints The skywhale suite and footage of the skywhales in flight during their national tour of Australia.
Skywhales: Every heart sings is a Know My Name project and the third instalment of The Balnaves Contemporary Series.
